I was hoping for more flexibility with custom sizes and shapes, but the options felt a bit basic for what I needed. I reached out to support and they were nice enough, but it was basically like, “these are the sizes we can do right now.” Not a terrible experience, just not customizable enough for my project

The cutters were affordable, which I appreciated, but I found myself mostly noticing the same few designs over and over. A couple were okay, but most of the options just didn’t really grab me and felt a bit plain.

My order showed up fast, so that part was good. But two of the cutter shapes were different from what I picked, which was kind of annoying because I was needing them for birthday cookies. Not the biggest disaster, but still a bit frustrating.

I ordered a few cutters based on the sizes listed, but tbh what showed up was not even close to what I thought I was getting.
One was supposed to be 4 inches, but the actual cutting edge was way smaller. I get that measurements can be a little confusing, but the product page really needs to make that clear imo.
I ended up having to change my whole plan and buy from somewhere else. They’re cheap, yeah, but that doesn’t help much if the size is wrong lol.

My order showed up later than I was expecting, so that was a little annoying, but not the worst. The cutters were fine once they finally got here, just wish the shipping had been a bit quicker.

I had to reach out to customer service about my order and, umm, it took a little longer than I was hoping. They did get back to me and helped sort things out, so I can’t really complain too much. It just wasn’t especially fast or anything. Overall, average experience

I only used this cutter twice and somehow the edge already bent out of shape, which is frustrating. I wasn’t even pressing that hard, just normal use, so I kind of expected it to hold up better than that. It just doesn’t feel sturdy at all, and now I’m left wondering if I got a bad one or if it’s just not made very well.

The cookie cutters themselves were a good price, which is why I ordered a few, but the shipping cost caught me off guard. They were just small items, and shipping ended up being almost as much as the actual order. Everything arrived fine, so no issue there, but when I asked about it, it basically felt like the answer was just “that’s our policy.” I get that shipping costs money, but it was still frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they offered a cheaper shipping option.

I ordered a few cutters from cheapcookiecutters.com, and they arrived in what I can only call Sir Flimsy Mailer, protector of absolutely nothing. A couple of the cutters were a little bent when I opened it, not destroyed or anything, but still annoying.

For the price, I wasn’t expecting some luxury unboxing experience from the Bubble Wrap Kingdom, but a piece of cardboard or a bit of padding would’ve gone a long way. Shipping itself was fine, but the packaging definitely needs some work.

The cookie cutters are definitely cute, but I felt like the price was a bit much for what you actually get. Once shipping was added, it felt even less worth it. I also got the vibe that my concern about the cost wasn’t really taken seriously, almost like I was being talked down to for questioning it. Not the worst purchase ever, but it didn’t feel like a fair deal to me...

I liked that the site had what I needed and the layout wasn’t too bad at first glance. That said, searching was kind of a pain, and some of the pages loaded slower than I expected, which got annoying quickly. Once I finally found what I was looking for, everything worked okay, so it wasn’t a total dealbreaker.
